The apartment is located on rue Boucher de Perthes, on the ground floor of a typical Lille building, 10 minutes from the Grand-Place and the Opera, a 15-minute walk from Lille Flandres train station, and 5 minutes from République Beaux-Arts metro station.

As the neighbourhood is lively, particularly in the evening due to nearby bars, it is not unusual to hear noise from outside, especially on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. We invite you to take this into account when planning your stay.
