Located on rue Pierre Mauroy in the centre of Lille, the apartment is on the first floor of a building with no lift. The Grand Place and the Opera are a 2-minute walk away, and Lille Flandres station is 5 minutes away.

The building being old and typical of Lille, soundproofing is naturally more limited than in a modern building, and it is not unusual to hear noise from the building or the neighbourhood. The staircase leading up is also narrow and steep, so please plan accordingly if you're travelling with luggage, young children, or have reduced mobility.
