Please read the description carefully before booking. This apartment is located on Rue Boucher de Perthes, in the city center of Lille. It is on the ground floor of a typical Lille building. You will be just steps from the city's main attractions. The "République Beaux Arts" metro station is a 6-minute walk away. Ideal for a short stay.

PLEASE NOTE: The neighborhood is lively, so for light sleepers, I recommend bringing earplugs. You're in the city center, just steps from restaurants, bars, and local attractions. The wall between the neighboring building is also relatively thin, which may cause some noise in the bedroom on level -1. Finally, given the layout of the apartment, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children. The apartment was redesigned and renovated in April 2025, so reviews before this date are no longer relevant. The apartment is composed as follows: - Living room with open kitchen, dining area, and lounge area on the mezzanine (level +1). Please note: the ceiling height is 1.75m. - A small bathroom with shower and sink - Separate toilet - A bedroom (without windows) on level -1 with a 140x200cm double bed and a 90x200cm single bed. The ceiling height is also approximately 1.75m. The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for linens. All linens are provided: bed linens, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. The following entertainment options are available via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.
