This accommodation is ideally located in the city center of Lille, Place Sébastopol. It is on the 1st floor (without elevator) of a small secure building. Paid parking right in front of the building and République Beaux-Arts metro stop 6 minutes walk away. Ideal for visiting the city and/or for your business trips!

Please note that Rue Solférino is currently under construction. This may make access to the accommodation more complicated if you are by car. This may also cause noise pollution during the day. Please also note that this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and young children. The apartment (located on the courtyard side and therefore very quiet) is composed as follows: - Large living room with open kitchen, dining area and lounge area - A bedroom with a double bed 160x200 - Bathroom with shower cubicle and sink - Separate toilet The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. V'Lille station is right in front of the accommodation (Place Sébastopol station). You can use the Ilévia app to get around Lille. République Beaux-Arts car park is 8 minutes away, €17 for about a day.
