In the heart of shopping streets and restaurants. All within walking distance. The apartment is located on the third floor of a secure residence, giving you access to the entire unit. As it is an older construction, sound insulation is limited, and you may sometimes hear the sounds of daily life from the building and surroundings. During your stay, as this accommodation is part of a building with several rented apartments, we kindly ask you to respect the quiet and cleanliness of the common areas in order to ensure everyone’s comfort and the quality of each guest’s stay. Subway 3 minutes away and parking 100 meters away. The apartment is comfortable and well-kept. The apartment comprises a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms (see photo) with double beds and TV, bathroom with shower, living room with open kitchen. Please note that the staircase/ladder to the second bedroom is narrow, so we recommend families with young children or people with mobility difficulties to take this into consideration. The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional maid service + laundry for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV Two bedrooms (one of which is on the first floor - be careful, the staircase is a bit narrow) with double beds and TVs, a bathroom with shower, a living room with open kitchen. Located on the third floor of a secure residence, you'll have access to the entire apartment. You'll appreciate the central Lille location!
