This apartment is located in the heart of Lille, rue des Débris-Saint-Étienne. Totally renovated in Mars 2026. You will literally be a stone's throw from the Grand Place, while still being quiet! It is on the 3rd floor without elevator of a secure building typical of the city. Restaurants, bars, shops, transport, train stations, everything is within walking distance! Ideal tourism & business travel.
