This apartment is located in the heart of Lille, rue Solférino. It is on the first floor without elevator (fairly wide stairs) of a secure building. The accommodation is very functional and has quality bedding. Ideal for visiting Lille or going to the Catholic University which is just a stone's throw away.

The flat is laid out as follows: - After the front door, a large doorway leads to the living area with a fitted kitchen and sitting area with a sofa bed for one person. - A bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC - One bedroom (street side) with double bed Information : The flat is located in a busy area, so noise-sensitive guests are advised to bring their earplugs! Important: The sofa bed is an extra sleeping arrangement, better suited for young adults or young children. It is not a full double bed, as shown in the listing photos. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.
