Nestled in a small village close to the Puy du Fou and several larger towns with all the necessary shops, this gîte is ideal for families. It features a garden and a spacious bedroom specially designed for children.

-> Accommodation located in the commune of Sèvremont. -> Capacity up to 9 guests. It consists of: *** On the ground floor *** -> A large dining area and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle…). All the essentials for cooking are at your disposal. A welcome kit is provided, including tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits. -> A high chair for babies is available in the kitchen. -> A living room with a sofa, two poufs, a coffee table, and a TV! WIFI available. -> A laundry room with a washing machine, cleaning supplies, a toilet, and a sink. *** On the 1st floor *** -> A bathroom with a shower, a sink, a mirror, and a hairdryer. A bathroom kit is offered with soap, shower gel, and shampoo. -> A separate toilet. -> A bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm). You will also find a desk and a wardrobe in this room. -> A second bedroom with a Double bed (140x200 cm). In this room, you will also have a bathtub and a sink. A wardrobe and a baby bed are also available here. *** On the 2nd floor *** -> A third bedroom for children with 5 single beds (80x200 cm), including one bunk bed. This spacious room has a chest of drawers as well as children’s books and games. *** Outside *** -> A private, secluded outdoor area with garden furniture and a lawn space to enjoy and have fun! -> A charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided). *** ALL bed linen and bath towels are included in the price — no extra charges! *** -> Free parking spaces on the street in front of the house. *** A key box is available, allowing you to arrive independently. *** -> Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 10 am. -> Pets are not allowed. -> Please note, the house has a staircase to access the bedrooms. A child safety gate is available on each floor. -> A security deposit will be requested a few days before your arrival, depending on the booking platform.
