Enjoy a stay in this charming studio located in a quiet spot, in the back courtyard of a small single-story building, in the heart of the historic center of La Seyne-sur-Mer. You’ll have easy access to shops, restaurants, the market, and the water bus pier, which offers quick service to Toulon. The beaches of Les Sablettes and the region’s main tourist attractions are also easily accessible. It’s an ideal location for exploring the Var coast while enjoying a peaceful setting.

(Please note that the apartment does not have a microwave, range hood, or traditional oven.) Dining area: A cozy table is available for you to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner in a pleasant setting. Parking: Several free parking spaces are available on the surrounding streets. A paid public parking lot is also located near the harbor.

This rule is intended to ensure the building’s security, limit comings and goings, and preserve the peace and quiet of the premises. * The accommodation is entirely non-smoking. * Pets are not allowed. * Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited. * Respect for the neighbors is essential. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., in accordance with good neighborly practices. * For the safety of all occupants, the building’s common areas are under video surveillance.
