The apartment is located on Rue des Essarts in La Madeleine, a 10-minute walk from Old Lille. It is located on the 13th floor (with lift) in a secure residence. The accommodation is very well soundproofed following renovation.

The apartment consists of a large, bright living room and a separate, fully equipped kitchen. It also includes a bathroom and separate toilet, and two bedrooms with double beds (140x200cm). Please note that the bedroom is not equipped with shutters. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner. The following entertainment options are available via the TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. 24-hour check-in available. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host being present. Lille Flandres train station is 2.1 km away on foot. The ‘Rue du Parc’ bus station is 150 metres away. The V'Lille station at ‘Rue du Parc’ is 100 metres away (Rue du Parc station). You can use the Ilévia app to get around Lille.
