Welcome to my home! Fully equipped and furnished in a modern way, this luxury flat is located in a quiet area close to all amenities (restaurants, cinema, supermarkets etc.) and transport. You can reach the following points of interest (trips from the stations): Eiffel Tower (10 minutes by RER) Musée d'Orsay (17 minutes by RER) Place de la Concorde (17 minutes by Metro) Saint Michel Notre Dame (23 minutes by RER) Gare Montparnasse (8 minutes by Metro) Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles (9 minutes by tram) This apartment is designed with an open and comfortable living room. It contains a dining table and a sitting area where you can relax after a long day of exploring the city. You can enjoy the 55" television (Netflix, Prime Video, TV packages). You can also sit on the balcony on nice days. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with the cooking utensils and cutlery you need to prepare a delicious meal.º The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and a 41" TV with Chromecast and Fire TV. The second bedroom includes a king-size bed that can be converted into a single bed to save space. Both bedrooms have electric shutters and curtains for a comfortable sleep, and wardrobes with hangers to store your clothes. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up as well as a washing machine dryer. The toilet is separate, ideal for a group stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and disinfected. Enjoy your stay!
