Welcome to the Bay of Arcachon Warm and welcoming 150 m² villa with terrace and 650 m² outdoor space. A new house in a quiet area of Gujan-Mestras and close to all amenities, the villa can accommodate 14 people and has a swimming pool, private parking, a garden with a large terrace, a large dining area etc. Villa for up to 12 adults maximum.

Outdoor area : Private swimming pool (6x3 m, 1.35 m deep, unheated) with secure roller shutter Large outdoor table for 14 guests Deckchairs and parasols for relaxing moments Garage for your bicycles Private parking for up to 3 vehicles Household linen, especially for the bed, is not included in the cleaning service. However, it is possible to order them at an additional cost. This service must be requested at the time of booking. For greater comfort, we offer this family villa with a maximum capacity of 12 adults. We don't allow festive gatherings because, although the house is quiet and out of sight, it is located in a residential area. We do not allow parties at all. Villa complies with PMR standards. During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm or open and close the pool cover. Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they know how to swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open. Pool open from May to September.
