The living room features two comfortable sofas, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dining table, a salamander stove for the colder days and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. Additionally, a dishwasher is available, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, and the second has two single beds, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The property features an outdoor wood oven, where you can cook delicious meals using traditional methods. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Alojamento com ótimas condições. Tem de tudo na cozinha,os espaços são bastante bons,quando chegamos a casa estava aquecida e os vizinhos são muito prestaveis. Adoramos a nossa estadia.
