The apartment is situated on the 9th floor and is accessible by elevator. The apartment features an open floor plan with a spacious living room furnished with a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV offering multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. Additionally, there's a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also includes a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. There are four bedrooms in the apartment. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, the second with a double bed, the third with a bunk bed, and the last with a single bed. All beds are outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom is well-appointed, with all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Free parking is available right in front of the building. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note that parties are not permitted in the building.
