This secluded two-bedroom house in Espadanedo is perfect for families and friends looking to stay in the the woodland area. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Pedra do Amor, Museu da Pedra), good restaurants and shops, and the Cete station is 36 minutes drive away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome! This stone-based rustic villa is furnished with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay, but without the distractions to take away your attention from the surrounding forests. Small families will enjoy the ample garden space surrounding the property, ideal for milder weather and summertime and perfect for hosting various activities such as picnics and al-fresco dining. Inside, the cottage comprises one living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a small dining table for three, a fully equipped kitchenette and a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for relaxing when the weather is cooler. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed suited for parents and a second room with two single beds well suited for younger children. All beds are with complimentary hotel-quality linen to ensure guests sleep comfortably. The bathroom has all the basics, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Enjoy your stay!

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Un sitio precioso, tranquilo y remoto. Depende de lo que están buscando, porque no hay comercios, bares o población muy cerca de la casa.
