Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals—fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, and comprehensive kitchenware. Bedrooms: Two comfortable double bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with ample storage space and cosy touches to make you feel right at home. Convenient Keynest key collection system. On arrival, visit a nearby store within walking distance to complete check-in by providing a code. You'll receive your key location, store address, and access code at least 48 hours before arrival. The code is valid for 30 minutes before your scheduled check-in time. Keys must be returned to the store at checkout. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

Important note: The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
