This flat is located in the heart of Croix, rue Marceau, a stone's throw from Parc Barbieux. It is on the ground floor of a typical, quiet building. The flat is functional, well equipped and close to all amenities. Ideal for short stays and/or business trips!

The flat comprises - Living room with fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, hob and washing machine) and a small sitting area with TV. - A spacious terrace with a table and two chairs to enjoy the fine weather. - A bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. - Separate bedroom with double bed. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.
