Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 2nd floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 35m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment features an open floor plan. The living room includes a comfortable trundle bed, a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows, a sofa bed with two mattresses, a desk, and a dining table for two. There's also a private balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note the flat is not adapted for disabled people. Enjoy your stay!

The flat is as described, in a quiet setting. The bedding is very comfortable. Communication with GuestReady was very easy before and during the stay. Arrival and departure instructions were clear.
