It can comfortably accommodate 4 people with its two bedrooms with a double and two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a 20m² balcony. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet stay in the Parisian suburbs! Please note that this property is available for a minimum stay of 30 days.

Welcome to this beautiful 65 m² apartment on the 4th floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay near Paris. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (2 single, 90x190, and 1 double, 140x190) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. A baby cot is also available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, a towel dryer, and a mirror. The toilet is separated. There is also a washer-dryer and ironing equipment for added convenience. The exterior offers a pleasant relaxation area, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a moment of calm. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!
