Welcome to my home! Nestled among family homes in Clamart, my house is close to Clamart station, roughly 11 minutes on foot, and within short walking distance of a Franprix and a Lidl. Popular spots such as Fort De Vanves, a historical military fort, Cimetière de Malakoff and Ichikawa Japanese Garden are reasonably close and worth checking out to get a sense of serenity outside the hustle and bustle of Paris. It comprised a ground floor with a private garden heavily shaded by large trees. The living room is minimally furnished and well-kept, with plenty of open space to move around: it has a comfortable seating area for relaxing after a long day of exploring the surrounding area and watching all your favourite shows on the TV. A fireplace to keep yourself warm during the colder months. A large family style to enjoy homecooked meals, which can be improvised as a workspace, and an open-plan kitchen with all the essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and a dining table. Upstairs, the bedrooms are spacious, well-kept and minimally furnished; the master bedroom has a king-size bed with a sliding glass door. The second room has two single beds and is suited for children. Additionally, a third room with a sofa can be converted into a double bed to fit two extra guests. Hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
