Welcome to my home! This lovely 135m² house is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The living room features a cosy sofa for relaxation, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware and utensils. For your convenience, a dishwasher is also provided. There are three bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Please note that the bedrooms are accessible via stairs. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, providing all the essentials for your stay. The property is professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. You’ll also find an outdoor area with a BBQ and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying fresh air and al fresco dining. Free parking is available on-site, with a gated driveway that can accommodate up to two cars (depending on size). Enjoy your stay!

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
