Welcome! This charming 80m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and an array of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The living room is designed for relaxation. It features a homely sofa, a widescreen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a variety of cookware and cutlery. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs. Upstairs, the two bedrooms are comfortably furnished with queen beds, wardrobes, and chests of drawers. To ensure a restful stay, all beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and unwind. For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
