Welcome to my home! This charming 50m² apartment is ideally near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a cosy sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a cozy dining area. It has a bright and inviting atmosphere. The area also opens onto a balcony with seating, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a complete set of cookware and cutlery. The bedroom is a serene retreat with a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and a dressing table. It also has access to a balcony, making it a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. High-quality linens are provided to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom includes all the necessary amenities to freshen up, including towels and toiletries. For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned. Additionally, an outdoor area with a garden and a BBQ is perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing outside. Important note: It is necessary to climb stairs to reach the apartment. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Super zakwaterowanie. Miły właściciel, który przywitał nas bananami i osobiście pomógł nam z problemem z internetem. Słychać przejeżdżające samochody. Podsumowując, świetny pobyt.
