Welcome to my 99 m² apartment on a high floor with lift in Bobigny. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with its four bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large balcony with a view on the city. Ideally located just 6 minutes from the metro, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay just a stone's throw from Paris.

Welcome! The property is located on a high floor level and accessible by lift. The front door of this spacious 99m² apartment opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area, bathed in natural light from large windows, is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. It opens onto a balcony with a view of the city. The dining area features a table that seats up to eight guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Three bedrooms feature queen-size beds (160x200), and one room has a double bed (140x200). All the beds are neatly made with high-quality hotel linens. Wardrobes are available for you to store your belongings and feel right at home. The apartment includes two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and toilet, the other with a shower. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that's left to do is enjoy!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

If you're okay staying outside the city proper, this a good location with a great view. There's a grocery store right nearby to get what you need. FYI, if you're coming from the U.S., bring your own
