Welcome to my apartment! This charming 55m² two-bedroom apartment is the perfect retreat for families or friends seeking a comfortable and memorable stay in the heart of the city. Located on the 3rd floor and accessible by stairs, the space has been thoughtfully designed to offer both functionality and relaxation. The apartment features an open floor plan that maximises light and space. The living area includes a cosy double sofa bed, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table.. A private balcony adds a touch of outdoor charm, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding at the end of the day. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare tasty home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, and basic cookware and cutlery. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds and are dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. There are two bathrooms, each stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries to provide added convenience during your stay. Please note that, due to the apartment’s central location, some street noise may be heard. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
