If you can, wander into the built-up area behind the strip of cafes and ice-cream shops on Passeig Joan de Borbon. There are quite a few attractions in this area, especially for families. The main bedroom is modernly decorated and includes a double bed; the second has a single bed. Both bedrooms are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Guests can enjoy the charming balcony and the fresh air overlooking the street. Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m., subject to availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for first use: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bag. If you need additional cleaning or linens, let us know and we will be happy to provide an additional charge. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence of a breach of this policy (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of €200. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use of utilities policy will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
