Located on the third floor and accessible by elevator, this spacious and modern 3-bedroom apartment in Viana do Castelo is the perfect choice for families and friends seeking a comfortable and stylish getaway. The open living space features a homely fireplace, creating a warm and inviting relaxing atmosphere. The modern decor and furnishings add a touch of elegance to the apartment with a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for six. The living room also boasts a balcony with stunning sea views, allowing you to soak in the beauty of the surroundings. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave and a counter with four chairs. The apartment also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer, a clothes dryer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The master bedroom is a luxurious haven, featuring a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are equally inviting, with two single beds each, providing ample space for everyone. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and balconies, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views. All beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
