Welcome to this charming house in Amboise, where relaxation and comfort await you in a peaceful and green setting. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a bright living room opening onto its dining room, offering a friendly space to meet up with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals with ease. The house has three comfortable bedrooms to accommodate up to six people. The first bedroom, on the mezzanine, is equipped with two single beds, with a maximum weight of 45kg for the upper bed. ideal for children. The second bedroom also has two single beds, which can be joined together to make a double bed if required. Finally, the third bedroom offers a luxurious king size bed (180 cm). For your comfort, the house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub for moments of relaxation and the other with a shower. The toilets are separate. In summer, take advantage of the beautiful garden equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining or simply relaxing in the sun. To entertain the whole family, the basement is equipped with various games, including billiards and table football. In addition, the youngest will be delighted to discover a selection of games adapted to their age. The house is perfectly suited to families with babies, with everything needed available on site, including a cot, high chair and children's games. The town center is accessible on foot or by bike from the top of the castle in 15 minutes. Please note that although a fireplace is present in the house, it is not functional. However, the warm and welcoming atmosphere of this house promises you an unforgettable stay in Amboise.
