The "Maison Renaissance" welcomes you to a 150m2, 3-storey tuffeau building in the heart of Amboise, renovated in 2022. You'll love its layout, comfort and location. The main room opens onto the living area and opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.). Separate toilet and laundry facilities are available on the first floor. The staircase to the second floor leads to : - 2 bedrooms with 1 king-size double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 bathroom (shower, WC) The top floor features a large master suite (king-size bed) with bathroom (shower, WC). The tasteful decor, quality fittings and new bedding will meet your every need. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. At La Maison Renaissance, everything is done to make your stay a pleasant one.

The house is entirely at your disposal. There is no private parking space. Free parking is available a 5-minute walk away. For your convenience, you can arrive at the rental property independently via a key box.

Non-smoking accommodation. Please note that the staircase does not have a protective barrier for small children. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation :) No parties allowed. Please respect the premises and common areas. Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival (beds made up). Late check-out and early check-in are possible for an additional fee (€10/hour) and upon request only. Any unapproved late check-out or early check-in will incur a €50 charge to compensate the cleaning staff.
