We are available 24/7 should you require any assistance during your stay. Please note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before you can check into the apartment (2 PM). There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking at the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: shower gel, toilet paper, sponge, detergent and trash bag. Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people i.e. when the sofa bed is not included)
