Ideally located just 2 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a stay just 30 minutes from the centre of Paris.

Modern, bright, and tastefully decorated, it offers a comfortable setting for up to 6 guests and is ideal for family stays, business trips, medical visits, or longer stays. Conveniently located close to shops, public transport, and local amenities, it provides easy access to central Paris and Paris-Orly Airport. The entrance opens onto a bright living area featuring a comfortable lounge with a sofa bed fitted with a quality mattress and a television. The adjoining dining area includes a table seating up to 6 guests, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to cook at home, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso-style coffee machine, cookware, utensils, and crockery. The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms, thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful stay. The beds (one double bed, 140 × 200 cm, and one queen-size bed, 160 × 200 cm) are prepared with hotel-quality bed linen, and ample storage space is available throughout the apartment. The bathroom features a bathtub and a large mirror, while the toilet is separate for added convenience. A washing machine and drying rack are also available. One of the highlights of the property is its spacious 32 m² furnished terrace, offering a pleasant outdoor space to relax, enjoy a meal, or unwind after a day of exploring. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
