The property comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four well-proportioned bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with an additional separate WC. There are three king-sized beds and one super king bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The home is arranged over the ground, first, and second floors, all connected via internal stairs. The second floor features a spacious ensuite master bedroom, while the first floor comprises three further double bedrooms and a family bathroom with both a bath and walk-in shower. The ground floor includes the main entrance, living spaces, kitchen, dining area, and access to the garden. DISCLAIMER: Please note that the gas fireplace must not be used under any circumstances. While a dog and cat reside at the property when not in use, they will not be present during guest stays; however, this may be relevant for guests with allergies. The home offers a wonderful sense of space and flow throughout. To the front, the main reception room is an elegant living area with a decorative fireplace, high ceilings, and a large bay window that fills the room with natural light. To the rear, a second reception room provides a more relaxed TV lounge, creating a separate space to unwind. Between the living areas and the kitchen, there is a versatile office or study area with built-in shelving, a desk, and a comfortable reading chair, ideal for working from home.
