This property is offered exclusively under a French Mobility Lease ("Bail Mobilité") for a temporary stay of 1 to 10 months, in accordance with French law. It is intended in particular for: • Students, interns, or apprentices • Employees on temporary assignments • Individuals relocating for professional reasons • Consultants or employees temporarily accommodated by their company To review your request and verify your eligibility for a Mobility Lease, please send us a message clearly explaining the purpose of your stay: reason for travel, desired duration, professional or student status, number of occupants, etc. Before final approval, supporting documents will be required to confirm your eligibility: • ID document, proof of enrollment, internship agreement, etc. • Employment contract, assignment order, employer certificate, etc. • Or any document justifying the temporary nature of the stay By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you have read and understood these specific requirements, agree to provide the necessary supporting documents, and agree to sign the corresponding rental agreement. The price paid includes the rent as well as a fixed charge package covering internet, electricity, taxes, and platform fees, for normal occupancy of the property.
