Although compact, it features separate bedroom and living room areas, providing a greater sense of space and privacy. The living area has a double sofa bed, ideal for families or groups of up to 4 guests (or 5 with crib), as well as a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite series and movies. The abundant natural light from its windows creates a warm and very pleasant atmosphere throughout the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for short or long stays. The modern and functional bathroom features a shower and all the amenities for a practical and comfortable experience. Perfect for those seeking a well-utilized, bright, and cozy space in Madrid. IMPORTANT: Please note that access to the property requires climbing stairs. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

We are GuestReady, a rental management company, and we want to ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, if you need help during your stay. Please note that this is a private residence, so we kindly ask you to take care of it as if it were your own.

Self check-in with smart lock. You will need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; physical keys are not used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the access link and instructions a few days before your check-in, once you have completed our arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dish washing products, and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the home if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a penalty of €200 minimum for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for public utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the copy cost.
