Valverde is situated at 570 meters above sea level and enjoys a mild climate throughout the year.

Welcome! This charming two-storey house offers a comfortable and well-equipped space, ideal for a relaxing stay. It features three bedrooms, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two inviting terraces—one on the ground floor and another on the upper level. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious terrace perfect for outdoor dining or unwinding, alongside a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a cozy living room, and a bedroom with a double bed. The first floor offers a second terrace with beautiful open views, as well as two additional bedrooms, each furnished with single beds. Please note: The number of bedrooms available will depend on the number of guests. For two guests, the ground-floor double bedroom will be provided. For three or four guests, two bedrooms will be available: the double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The third bedroom is only opened for groups of five or six guests. The property includes Wi-Fi with strong coverage (particularly on the ground floor), a flat-screen TV, outdoor furniture, an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer for added convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and utensils, including a toaster, kettle, gas stove, large refrigerator with freezer, juicer, and microwave, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. One of the highlights of the home is the sun terrace, where you can enjoy lovely views of the sea, the surrounding mountains, and the town of Valverde, an ideal spot to relax at any time of day.
