🏡 Gîte Le 1701 – Up to 15 guests – Private pool – Games room -> The gîte is still undergoing renovations, which will be completed in early May. Photos will be updated progressively as work advances. The description reflects the gîte as it will be once completed, unless unforeseen circumstances arise. -> Welcome to Gîte Le 1701, located in La Gaubretière, in the heart of the countryside, just 5 minutes from shops and 20 minutes from the famous Puy du Fou. Ideal for stays with family or friends, this spacious gîte combines comfort, conviviality and relaxation. -> Accommodation capacity: up to 15 guests. It consists of: *** Inside *** -> A fitted and fully equipped kitchen (range cooker, extractor hood, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle…). Everything you need for cooking is provided. A welcome kit is offered (tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits). The kitchen also features a large, friendly dining table for meals with family or friends. -> A large dining/living area of nearly 50 m², with a big table. -> A comfortable living room with two sofas, a coffee table and a TV! Internet and WiFi available. -> A games room equipped with table football, a dartboard and a pool table. -> A shower and a separate toilet are available on the ground floor. -> A laundry room with a washing machine. -> A spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms. Some rooms have low-height doorways to preserve the authentic charm of the old stone. *** 1st floor *** -> A first bedroom with three single beds (90x200 cm) and two bunk beds (90x200 cm). -> A bathroom with a toilet and a shower. *** 2nd floor *** -> A second bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, with a private bathroom including a sink, mirror and shower. -> A third bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, with a private bathroom including a sink, mirror and shower. -> A fourth bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, with a private bathroom including a sink, mirror and shower. A baby cot will be available in this room. -> A fifth bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, with a private bathroom including a sink, mirror and shower. -> A separate toilet is available on this floor. -> A bathroom kit is provided, including soap, shower gel and shampoo. *** Outside *** -> A large terrace equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. -> A lawn area for fun! A pétanque court and a ping-pong table will be available. -> A private pool (8x4 m, 1.45 m deep), covered with a manual safety cover. It is heated and accessible from May to the end of August. In case of bad weather, it will remain closed. Although secured, children remain under the responsibility of their parents. *** ALL bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are included in the price — no extra charges! *** -> Free parking spaces in front of the house. *** A key box is available, allowing you to arrive independently. *** -> Check-in from 5 PM, check-out by 10 AM. -> Pets are not allowed. -> Please follow the instructions regarding the use of the pool. -> Any person not included in the booking is strictly forbidden in the property. -> Animals are present on site. Please do not feed them for their well-being. -> A security deposit will be requested a few days before your arrival, depending on the booking platform. This mandatory step ensures the smooth running of your stay.
