Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Barcelona, such as Plaça Espanya, Fuente Mágica de Montjuïc, Palau Sant Jordi...! Also, if you're travelling for bussiness purposes you will be at only 7 minutes by walk from La Fira Barcelona Gran Vía. This apartment is designed with a living room features a sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a dishwasher and fridge. The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Important – Tourist tax: A tourist tax must be paid before check-in according to the current regulations in Catalonia. This tax is charged per person, per night and must be settled before entering the accommodation. All guests aged 16 and older are required to pay it.

Self check-in with smart lock via code. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the access code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form and paid the local tax. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.
