Come discover this beautiful, bright, and comfortable apartment located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a small building. This two-bedroom apartment is perfect for a stay as a couple, with colleagues, family, or friends. It features a cozy living room with a dining area for your meals. You can relax on the sofa while watching TV or enjoying the fiber optic Wi-Fi connection. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals just like at home (stovetop, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.). Then, you have two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed for a good night's sleep. Finally, a modern bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet awaits you. You will enjoy a peaceful and green setting, while being just a few minutes' walk from the city center, the train station, and all amenities. Prébendes Park, the city's green lung, is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. For your convenience, everything is included in the cleaning fee (including sheets and towels). Check-in and check-out are independent via keypad. We look forward to your reservation :)
