Welcome to my home! This charming 167m² villa is ideally located near the beach and in a very calm area. The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring comfortable sofas, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Multiple windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. From here, you can step out into the garden, furnished with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying a meal with your group or simply soaking up the fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, essential cookware, and cutlery. A washing machine and dryer are also provided for your convenience. The villa offers three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a wardrobe, and two with twin beds. All beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and unwind. For your comfort, the property is professionally cleaned before every stay. Free parking is available on-site, with a driveway that can accommodate three to four cars, depending on their size. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
