Welcome to our listing of High Tee by Tŷ SA - A comfortable 2 bedroom apartment located in Radyr, Cardiff. The property boasts a spacious lounge and dining area which that's tastefully furnished and can comfortably seat up to 4 guests. With the addition of a large Smart TV and complimentary Wifi, you'll be sure to enjoy your stay as if you were at home. The property enjoys a fully functioning kitchen complete with everything you should need including a washer/dryer, microwave ad cafetiere. In this property you will find two spacious bedrooms, the first with a king bed with access to a private work area complete with desk, chair and lamp. The second bedroom is a double and both have ample storage for your belongings. You'll find a family sized bathroom with all the amenities you should expect to find including a shower over the bath. There is a private enclosed courtyard with seating for 4 guests and a private driveway. Please note that access to the property involves stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users. The property itself is located in the peaceful village of Radyr and is in very close proximity to Radyr Golf Club (0.3 miles), Radyr Train Station (0.7 miles) and just 0.5 miles from the heart of the village. You're just a short walk away from an array of shops, bars, restaurants and coffee shops such as the ever popular Buds!
