Ty Gwen – Charming Breton House in Plouha (Côtes-d’Armor) Welcome to Ty Gwen, a traditional Breton house fully renovated with taste, quality materials, and high comfort standards. Nestled in a peaceful hamlet in Plouha, just minutes from the region’s most beautiful beaches and coastal trails, this characterful home is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

Ty Gwen was designed to comfortably host two families. With two distinct wings on either side of a large central living area, each group can enjoy privacy while sharing moments together in a warm setting. Sleeping arrangements: • Wing 1 (ideal for a couple with children): – One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) on the ground floor – Upstairs, a parental suite with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a private bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet) • Wing 2 (ideal for a second family): – One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) – A connecting bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children – An independent bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet Warm shared space: At the center of the house, the two wings open onto a bright and welcoming living area, featuring: • A cosy living room with reading and games corner • A family dining room with a large table • A fully equipped modern kitchen: oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc. This layout offers calm and privacy in the sleeping areas while allowing everyone to gather for meals and relaxing moments. Sunny and secure outdoor areas: • A large southwest-facing terrace with no overlooking • Barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers • A fenced garden, perfect for letting children play safely • Private parking directly in front of the house

The house is just a 3-minute drive from the center of Plouha (market, shops, restaurants) and less than 10 minutes from popular beaches such as Le Palus or Bréhec. A private parking space is available right in front of the house for easy arrival.
