Welcome to my 33 m² flat on the first floor in Rosny-sous-Bois. It can comfortably accommodate four people with its bedroom with a queen-size bed, a colourful living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located nine minutes from the RER, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the City of Light.

Welcome to this beautiful 33 m² flat, located on the 1st floor (no lift). Modern, colourful and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a privileged location close to the city centre, shops and parks, and is the ideal starting point for exploring the city and the capital of the Île-de-France region. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable lounge equipped with a sofa bed and a television. The adjoining dining room has a large table that can seat up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (Nespresso type), utensils and crockery. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation includes a bedroom that has been carefully designed to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (queen size – dimensions 160 x 200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large mirror. The toilet is included in the bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
