A 100 m² timber-frame house built in 2024, bright and welcoming, with a stunning view of Chartres Cathedral. Just a 20-minute walk from the city center, it’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy—whether you’re coming as a couple, with family, or with friends.

Two living spaces, depending on your mood On the ground floor: a bright living room with large bay windows, a well-equipped open kitchen (oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dryer…), a dining table, and a large sofa to relax or enjoy dinner together. Upstairs: a quieter space with a TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) and a Nintendo Switch—perfect for reading, watching a movie, or a round of Mario Kart. Three bedrooms, all with cathedral views: • Ground floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom: queen-size bed (160x200) • West-facing bedroom: king-size bed (180x200) • South-facing bedroom: one convertible 90x190 bed and a bunk bed with two 90x190 beds. Two bathrooms + separate WC • Ground floor: walk-in shower en suite with the bedroom • Separate WC on the ground floor • Upstairs: bathroom with bathtub and toilet An outdoor space that truly stands out A terrace with garden furniture, breathtaking views of the cathedral, and—best of all—a Nordic hot tub with water heated to 37°C, available year-round.
