Welcome to my house! This charming 120m² two-bedroom house is the perfect countryside retreat for families and friends seeking relaxation and a break from the city. Blending traditional rural architecture with a cosy atmosphere, it offers an authentic taste of life in the Portuguese interior. Spread across two stories, the home features warm, rustic décor throughout, enhanced by tasteful modern elements that add comfort and charm. The living area features a comfortable double sofa bed and a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, while the dining room offers a table that comfortably seats six guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and utensils—everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The two bedrooms each feature a double bed dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. One of the bedrooms benefits from an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the terrace, complete with a BBQ area—perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxing moments. Additionally, the property offers two well-appointed bathrooms stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more convenient. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
