Ideally located just steps from the village centre, yet tucked away from the main road for peace and quiet, it's only 100 meters from the famous Cozido restaurant and a short 250-meter stroll to the lush Terra Nostra Park.

Relax outdoors in your traditional Furnas shared garden or settle into the cozy indoor space. The living room features a comfortable seating area and a TV where you can catch up on your favourite shows. The open plan kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. For added convenience, the home also includes a shared laundry room. The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
