Welcome to my home! Set along the scenic shoreline, this charming and tastefully decorated retreat offers the perfect home base for discovering some of São Miguel’s most iconic sights. Spread across two floors, the house features a spacious outdoor area where you can relax and soak up the fresh island air. Inside, the cosy living room invites you to unwind with a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining area ideal for enjoying meals together. Step outside to a private backyard with comfortable seating, perfect for quiet mornings or relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up homemade meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For added convenience, you’ll also find a washing machine and ironing equipment. The home offers two inviting bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two queen beds, each dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a peaceful night’s rest. The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. To make your stay even more comfortable, the space is professionally cleaned before every visit. We look forward to welcoming you and hope you have a wonderful stay!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
