Welcome to my apartment! This charming 78m² three-bedroom apartment in Valencia is the perfect getaway for guests seeking short stays in the city. Located on the 5th floor and easily accessible by elevator. Designed with an open floor plan, it features a spacious living room with a sofa, a TV, and a large dining table. From the living room, you also have access to a private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and appliances suitable for short stays, such as a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, the apartment also includes a dishwasher for after meals, as well as a washing machine and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The apartment comfortably accommodates guests with its three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed, and one with a single bed. Each bed is fitted with fresh linen. The bathroom is fully equipped with all essentials, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries, making it easy for you to refresh and recharge. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
