Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 80 m2 two-storey property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 3rd floor and has lift access. It is designed with modern and elegant décor, with tall windows and minimalist furniture, providing a peaceful and charming place to relax. The interior features a modern and open layout with a welcoming living area, complete with a TV, a cosy double couch bed, and a dining table — a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The open-concept kitchen has all the essentials for preparing tasty meals, including a cooking plate, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. A dishwasher and a washing machine are added for extra comfort. A shared bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Upstairs, the bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, a TV, plenty of storage and a private bathroom. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
