Welcome! This lovely 15m² private room is ideally situated near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. It is located on the 1st floor, and the building has no elevator. The room is furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, a support desk and free Wi-Fi for a relaxing stay. This room opens onto a beautiful balcony. The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Guests can access a shared living room on the ground floor and a lovely outdoor terrace - the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a cup of tea. The continental breakfast is served in a basket and left outside the room. If you prefer, you can take the basket to the common areas and enjoy breakfast in the living room or on the terrace. For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: There are security cameras in the access areas to the rooms for safety reasons.

it's a super well-located flat with the metro 300 mm away and the mercado for eating out. We can walk to the centre of Porto
