This spacious 1 bedroom apartment is nestled on a quiet road between Columbia Road Flower Market and Broadway Market, near the heart of Shoreditch and within walking distance of many of East London’s best cafes, restaurants and bars. Located on the first floor, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people, perfect for solo travellers or couples. The smoke-free property features a living room, bedroom, bathroom, a kitchen, and large double length balcony. The living room is equipped with a sofa and a dining table that can seat 4 people. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances. The bedroom comes complete with a king size bed. The apartment also features a bathroom equipped with a bathtub with an overhead shower. **DISCLAIMER** The property is listed on the market for sale and between 28th July 2025 and 30th September 2025 it is expected that access to the property will be required 2 or 3 times during the next couple of months as part of the sale process. Should this fall during your booking will give you notice as far as advance to arrange a visit if required. Your cooperation would be appreciated if required.

Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 5pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
